Refund recieved -after 10 months and lots of complaints

Yes, I have received my refund. And suddenly Barbara has all her minions come out and vouch for her.

The thing is, neither I nor the other person would have received anything, if we hadn't had made a lot of noise and created trouble for her.

It's been TEN months, since I placed my order and paid for it in full. There are people out there that haven't received their products and it's been years. This is not the way to run a business. Just because she now backed down and shipped to 2 of the most vocal people does not mean that she's an 'ok person'. Sending product now or giving a refund after so much hassle, does not make it go away or even the score.
There are 10 months (and longer times for others) or not having the funds, nor the
ordered product. Lots of hassle to go through to get this back. Insults and threads
endured. Just because her products supposedly are very good, does not give her
license to steal. Just like a thief paying back when pressured by the courts, does
not make the crime go away.

Integrity is what you do when nobody is watching. And clearly, as long as most people are quiet, she didn't do anything. She just pocketed the money. There is no business owner in the world, that lets their vendors just decided that they'll take months and months to ship their product and then wait for them to send a refund. It's just plain bullsh*t.

I have lots of emails from her (that I have all saved), in which she is ridiculing me and taunting me to go ahead and make complaints and in which she's threatening me. So, I did complain, anyway I could find. Now it just got a little too hot for her and she caved for the 2 most vocal critics.

So, I would suggest for any of you that haven't received your product, be as vocal as you can be. Make sure that you report her to the Georgia Better Business Bureau, because I think those new complaints with them did it for us.

And those of you thinking about buying from her - don't!

    If you made "complaints" with the Georgia BBB, Miss Graham, I suggest you contact them with your update of received refund. There are no complaints on the Georgia BBB website?

    I assure you, your "blog" is not too "hot" for me, or my staff, and you received the refund due to you, as promised, you have a serious chip on your shoulder, madame, and I wish you much HAPPINESS in the New Year!
    I did not "cave", just shipped paid for items, and refunded someone who changed their mind about their purchase, when we have a no refund policy, which I did as a special request for YOU, Miss Michaela.

The other websites selling Stevie-inspired items do not come close, in my opinion. It is not that difficult to see.

  6. Yes, I am aware that all members of the public are allowed to post on here, since it is a public blog, but thank you for quoting me.

    Regarding spell check, if I were to spell check all of the entries on here, I would find many, many more egregious spelling errors, much more egregious than my inadvertent addition of an "n" at the end of the word "know" in the sentence you are harping on, Harpy Missy. Do you know what a "harpy" is? Look it up!

  11. Barbara Joy McLuin, as of November 20th, 2012, was arrested on 6 counts of ANIMAL CRUELTY and 1 Count of CRUELTY TO A PERSON.

    Her Karma, that she talks so much of, finally caught up to her, so it seems.

    This says it all.
    CASE CLOSED. I'll pray for you, Barbara.
